Products fully paid for can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy to see if you are qualified.
What is Air Intellipure’s Return Policy?
All orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt for the following reasons:
- Wrong item delivered or ordered
- Defective item
- Damaged item
For returns, please call +63 908 895PURE(7873) or send an email to [email protected] together with details on the issue/s you have encountered. In the case of a damaged item, please send a photo of the unit and the box to obtain a returned goods authorization number.
Products must be returned with cords unplugged and properly wrapped, and taped together with all warranty cards and manuals. Returns are subject to a basic inspection. Should there be significant damage outside of the return claim or should there be missing pieces, Air Intellipure will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.
To prevent additional loss or damage, we recommend keeping your original box for 7 days to make sure your return arrives safely at our facility.
A replacement unit will be provided within 3 – 7 working days of receiving the returned unit.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refund claims will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.
